I had such a good birthday today! I had a great dinner with my family, some unexpected surprises :), and heard from a lot of friends and extended family...even my favorite author! I'm a very blessed 23 year old.
We had lemon meringue pie...unfortunately it didn't turn out as perfect as this one. HEB ran out of lemon jello so my mom tried to make it from scratch and it turned out a little liquidy, but it's the thought that counts!
Happy Birthday!!! Favorite author, who? How exciting! You know I don't think I've ever actually tried that pie. lol I just always have to go for chocolate. Maybe this Lenten season with my chocolate ban it will happen.
