Terrific Tuesday - Happy fall!

Today has been a great day! I'm not quite sure why, but I even woke up at 4 this morning and almost didn't mind it! I think it's because it somewhat felt like Christmas morning...I knew our first major cold front was coming! This was super exciting to the huge weather nerd inside me. I also have accomplished a ton today...mostly odds and ends, but why does it feel so good to make a to do list and be able to cross things off!!!?

I fixed the pictures on my "Brilliant" post. These are some really cool ad ideas I thought I'd share.

I also took a picture of my baby seeds:
Aren't they pretty little things? ;) They are growing and under their light here, but will be moved to a pot tomorrow after I get some tips from my uncle on what to do next. I'm not sure whose who -- I'm a bad mother. Twins do run in my family, but 24?! It's overwhelming :)

Also, I forgot to mention Aggie happy hour last Thursday! It was a blast...I went with 5 kids from work and my friend Claira. It took place at a mexican restaurant literally across the street from my work. Unfortunately, drinking at happy hour and then having to go to work at 9pm isn't a good combination, but it was a lot of fun. This group was actually the "all ages group" so there was a guy there class of '45 up to us, '09. I'd say by 7pm 30-40 people were there in the bar area and it was a split group of old and young. I met several people and learned of another aggie group that meets the last Thursday of each month. This is the younger crowd supposedly and attracts 400-500 each month...sounds a little crazy! Apparently they go closer into town to dance/drink....can't go this Thursday because I have an overnight but perhaps some other time. Is it bad to admit I think I like the calmer/older group better? haha

Off to work out & then in celebration of today being fall & it actually being 73 degrees! out I'm making french onion soup!
