Why did the chicken cross the road?

...to get to the Miller Lite.

Yep, that's right....we made beer-can chicken. Absolutely delicious and very easy. Poor out half of a beer and add powdered seasoning to it (paprika, sugar, garlic powder, salt). Take a chicken and rub the same seasoning on it and then place the can up its bum. Put in the oven at like 350 for an hour until it reaches the right temp (can't remember) and it's done! Also can be done on the grill. Tastes nothing like beer but it is so so moist - you won't want chicken any other way! Plus they're pretty cute little things sitting on their beer cans in the oven.

Life is good. The weekend is here. Fish tacos and possible trivia night tomorrow. My good friend became an aunt today for the 2nd time to a cute little baby girl and my other friend at work got the cutest little puppy today...I think it's a maltipoo. Everyone has these new editions...perhaps I'll go buy a pair of shoes or a fish or something...
